Work

My role recently changed to Tech Lead, so I'm focused on getting up to speed quickly without pretending I already know everything:

• Getting a clear picture of current technical debt and where the biggest pain points are
• Understanding ongoing initiatives and any hidden risks before they turn into surprises
• Aligning as a team on coding and quality standards, with a specific focus on how we use AI effectively

Life

Training for a half marathon in Benidorm, Spain, this year. Getting in shape for it is currently the non-work thing I spend the most energy on.

I also spend some time doing ceramics. I may show some of it publicly in the near future.
